Working With Me
Highly skilled at relationship building, influence, communication, proactivity, challenges, processes, and execution.
Lauren is an incredible coach who has a very calming but focussed manner - this is so vital during coaching because you want to feel at ease but also need to have the rigour so that action is taken forward. Through her coaching, I was able to clarify and focus my thoughts, processing them out loud, especially with the questions that she asked me. She enables you to have the thinking space to properly articulate what it is you want and for that, I am truly grateful.

I had the opportunity to work with Lauren. What I found so amazing about Lauren, was her ability to create workflows and SOP's when there were none. This skill was tremendously helpful as we navigated working through sometimes chaotic environments. Lauren was a great team player. Lauren's strength's are team building, creating workflows, being organized and finding ways to work smarter, not harder.

Lauren is my Positive Intelligence (PQ) pod leader. She is one of the most organized, inspirational and and 'tough love giver' I have had the pleasure to study/learn with. The Pod consists of five other members and we meet every Tuesday to discuss the previous week's assignment and how it is incorporated into our coaching practice and our own lives. Lauren does not allow us to get away with excuses and holds the reins firmly in her hands so we get the most of Shirzad Chamine's inspiring lectures and coaching.
Hear! Hear! for Lauren! She is a true leader an

When I first connected with Lauren, I had just left a very negative professional situation that had left me feeling lost, with no clear sense of self-worth or vision for the future. I was stuck in a mindset I knew I needed to escape from, but I wasn’t sure how to move forward. My goal was to not only overcome this situation but also to understand what was missing in my approach to becoming the professional I wanted to be.
The turning point came when Lauren helped me reconnect with the true essence of who I am as a professional. It wasn’t just about how others saw me, but how I viewed myself and interacted with others in a professional setting.
Although I had always engaged in some form of therapy, I had never worked with a coach who incorporated mindfulness. I entered our first session feeling heartbroken and overwhelmed, with a lot of questions and no clear path to answering them. My thoughts were scattered, and I struggled to cut through the confusion to analyze my situation correctly.
By the end of our sessions, I realized I had been underestimating myself. I learned the importance of building rapport with superiors, even when they might not seem open to it. Through our work together, I was able to relax and recognize my true value. I understood that I’m not just "good enough"—I’m an asset to my teams, peers, and superiors. I found my place in an organization and grasped the significant value I bring.
Friends and loved ones have noticed a shift in me as well. I’ve become more process-oriented rather than purely focused on results, which has reduced my anxiety and made me more understanding of myself. I now trust the process more deeply.
In just a few words, this coaching experience has brought me back to myself.
